Matt has been a health and life insurance agent since 2013. He began his insurance career while living in Oak Ridge, TN(just outside Knoxville). Most of Matt’s clients live in east TN,but he can help anyone anywhere in TN and even in the states he has non-resident licenses. He is also licensed in KY, AR,OH, OR & WA. Originally from Kelso, WA, Matt settled in TN after his 20 year Army career. He moved to Cookeville, TN with his wife Janise, after 20 plus years in east TN, to be closer to kids and grandkids. Matt has spent several years actively participating with the Veterans of Foreign Wars where he served as Quartermaster and Trustee at both the Post and District level in TN District 2.

Born and raised in Franklin County, Bri relocated to Cookeville in 2014 to embark on a new chapter in her life. In 2016, she crossed paths with her significant other and soon found themselves settling down together on a picturesque hillside, along with his two children and their cherished menagerie of animals. In 2022, Bri joined the team at Matt Libby Insurance, initially assuming the role of a receptionist, with the thought that she might follow this path for her career. However, little did she anticipate that her professional journey would take a delightful turn. In January of 2023, she earned her certification for life and health insurance, and shortly thereafter, she also secured her certification for Medicare. Today, Bri holds a full insurance license and is poised to assist you in finding the perfect insurance plan tailored to your unique needs.

Tracy Heislop is a licensed life and health insurance agent working for Matt Libby Insurance. Previously, Tracy worked as a medical transcriptionist first for Jamestown Regional Medical Center and then Cookeville Regional Medical Center for a combined 25 years while raising her two children. Once her children were grown, she moved to Crossville, TN and enrolled in Roane State Community College, where she graduated summa cum laude with her Associate of Science degree in August 2023. During her last semester at Roane State, Tracy acquired her life and health license to pursue a career in insurance. Due to working in the medical field for years, Tracy realizes the importance of helping individuals pick insurance plans that work best for them and their families.
